Dr. Kakimoto is a US Navy-trained, board-certified Dermatologist with 20 years of exemplary service. She served as Professor of Dermatology and Head of Outpatient Dermatology at Navy Medical Center San Diego. Additionally, she is an accomplished speaker and published author, and has made appearances in Vogue Magazine and on the hit reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Dr. Kakimoto is passionate about bettering the lives of her patients and improving the healthcare system. She is committed to providing excellent care and service by listening to patient concerns and treating the person as a whole. In her free time, Dr. Kakimoto enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, and cooking.
